A brand new recording of my 1991 album Goddess.
This is a huge deal for me. As a writer I have always felt this was one of my best moments but I knew nothing about production at the time and eventually decided to stop selling the original and for the last 20 years re-recording it has been at the top of my bucket list.
It keeps to the spirit of the original and uses most of the original hardware sounds (from my old Roland D50 and MT32) but the production, I hope, now lives up to the writing.
It's a bit different - more orchestral than electronic, and my classical roots are more obvious than on anything else I've released.
